Job summary

Golden West Packaging Group is seeking a seasoned account leader to manage customer orders from intake to delivery at our City of Industry facility. You will coordinate with sales, design, production, procurement, and logistics to ensure superior service and timely execution.

The role requires 5+ years in CRM-driven order management and 3+ years in a manufacturing setting, ideally packaging. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience leading and managing customer orders within a CRM; Salesforce experience preferred.
• 3+ years working with a manufacturing company; paper packaging industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, design, manufacturing, and logistics department teams to plan, oversee, and manage customer projects from intake to delivery including scheduling and materials oversight.
• Represent the Company to effectively resolve customer inquiries, requests, and/or complaints in a timely manner.
• Promote sales and build strong professional relationships with customers by accurately managing orders from start to finish ensuring accurate, on-time, and in-full production and delivery of packaging products and services.
• Stay current on industry trends and continue personal development through stretch assignments and goals.
• Partner with design and manufacturing teams to find creative solutions to improve product performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
