Job summary

Golden West Packaging Group is seeking an experienced Litho & Corrugated Packaging Sales Executive to drive profitable growth in Northern or Southern California. The role focuses on new business development, strategic accounts, and consultative selling of folding cartons, lamination, corrugated, and high-graphics packaging.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in packaging sales, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to sell value beyond price.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience preferred.
• Packaging, printing, manufacturing, or solution-based sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling litho-focused packaging solutions (folding cartons, lamination, corrugated, displays) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across Northern or Southern California.
• Build and manage strategic customer relationships with brand owners and procurement teams.
• Sell litho-focused packaging solutions and lead consultative sales conversations.
• Partner cross-functionally to develop creative and profitable packaging solutions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline with next steps and close dates.
