Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer projects from intake to delivery, coordinating across sales, design, procurement, production, and logistics.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams to design, research, make, manage, and process customer orders with focus on satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly using standard internal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate order data and timely updates in CRM systems to ensure alignment across the organization.
• Proactively oversee orders, inventory, and scheduling to meet on-time, in-full delivery and cost targets.
• Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve product performance, quality, or pricing.
