Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track orders from entry to scheduling and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Production to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Resolve billing issues and communicate status to internal teams.
• Maintain organized customer files and provide backup support as needed.
• Provide excellent service and build durable customer relationships.
