Job summary

You will coordinate planning, forecasting, sample builds, and purchase orders, while maintaining trackers and status updates across global locations.

Strong Excel and communication skills are essential, with experience in manufacturing environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating program management, project coordination, engineering operations, or manufacturing initiatives.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate package development planning, forecasting, scheduling, and project coordination activities.
• Manage project trackers, reports, documentation, and status updates to ensure accurate program visibility.
• Coordinate package and assembly sample builds, including manufacturing requests and execution tracking.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, supporting delivery, invoicing, and SAP posting activities.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, finance, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to drive efficient project execution.
• Capture lessons learned and maintain project knowledge for future program planning and execution.
• Track deliverables, milestones, risks, and action items to help ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
