• Own the bidding process from analysis to price negotiation and awards.
• Implement contracts to minimize AMD risk and ensure supplier accountability.
• Lead Supplier Performance Management and quarterly scorecards.
• Communicate a commodity strategy reflecting partner inputs to senior management.
