Job summary

AMD is seeking an organized, detail-oriented program coordinator to support package development and semiconductor manufacturing programs. You will coordinate activities, forecasts, sample builds, and purchasing while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and finance teams to ensure execution.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Engineering/Business, strong Excel and SAP experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities across global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting program management, project coordination, or manufacturing initiatives.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with SAP, PO management, invoicing, and financial tracking.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support package development programs through planning, forecasting, scheduling and coordination.
• Manage trackers, reports, documents, and status updates for visibility.
• Coordinate sample builds and manufacturing requests with tracking.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and SAP postings.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, finance, and suppliers to drive execution.
• Capture lessons learned and maintain project knowledge.
• Track milestones, risks, and action items to keep projects on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
