Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in the packaging industry.
• Experience selling films, pouches, bags, and sheeting (strong plus).
• Experience working for or with distributors (strong plus).
• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the territory.
• Strong record of new business development, relationship building and territory management.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and expand existing accounts across a large geographic territory.
• Sell polyethylene-based packaging solutions including films, pouches, bags, shrink film, and sheeting.
• Manage direct customer relationships and distribution partnerships.
• Travel up to 50% to cover the region and support customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment, service excellence, and account growth.
