Job summary

Our client, a major polyethylene packaging manufacturer, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to manage a multi-state territory and grow a full product line across diverse markets. Travel up to 50% and collaborate with internal teams to drive account growth and service excellence.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with a base salary up to $105,000 plus commissions and performance upside. Distributors are a meaningful channel alongside direct sales.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in the packaging industry.
• Experience selling films, pouches, bags, sheeting, or related flexible materials.
• Experience working for or with distributors.
• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the territory.
• Strong track record of new business development and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and expand existing accounts across a large geographic territory.
• Sell polyethylene-based packaging solutions including films, pouches, bags, shrink film, and sheeting.
• Manage direct customer relationships and distribution partnerships.
• Travel up to 50% to cover the region and support customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment, service excellence, and account growth.
