Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Packaging preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficient in building productive business relationships.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively present information to internal and external business partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and working under pressure in a fast-changing work environment.
• Territory sales or account management experience preferred.
• Requires local traveling to customer meetings, prospecting, cold calling, vendor training or group meetings.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct yearly Customer Business Reviews to grow relationships and financial growth.
• Maintain a prospect/lead list to maximize growth and hit targets.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and networking.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to present solutions.
• Collaborate in training and product development to boost sales proficiency.
• Create a personal and business network via LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Effectiveness and utilization of digital platforms to manage a book of business.
