Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III (Packaging Mechanic) in Blue Ash, Ohio. The role focuses on leading maintenance and setup of packaging equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring product quality on dayshift.

You will mentor technicians and contribute to continuous improvement projects on the production floor. The ideal candidate has experience in regulated environments, strong mechanical and electronic skills, and solid communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment is required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
• Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging equipment.
• Provide technical support to production technicians and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform startup, changeover, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Train teammates on equipment and contribute to continuous improvement.
