Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company focused on sustainable, end-to-end manufacturing solutions. We are seeking a Mechanic Technician to support Packaging operations with setup, changeover, repairs, and preventative maintenance for production equipment.

The role requires mechanical and electronic troubleshooting, capability to train Packaging Technicians, and involvement in continuous improvement projects on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance and performance.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment change parts, tooling, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging equipment (picker, sorter, labeler, packer, checkweigher, printer, inspection equipment, palletizer, stretch-wrapper, conveyors).
• Provide first-line technical support to production technicians and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor conditions to prevent downtime.
• Carry out start-up, operation, batch execution, material handling, cleaning, and line clearance tasks.
• Move materials safely using pallet jacks and lifts as needed.
• Review GMP documentation and batch records; perform calculations when required.
