Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II in Ohio. You will perform a variety of packaging and manufacturing tasks in controlled areas, operate equipment, monitor in-process materials, and complete batch records in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in batch records, logbooks, and data entry.
• Ability to read/write English and follow SOPs.
• Basic math and measurement conversions.
• Awareness of GMP, safety, and lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery, service materials, monitor status, and ensure smooth product flow.
• Start-up machinery, set up equipment, select recipes, enter data in SCADA/HMI; perform minor adjustments.
• Perform manual packaging tasks including hand packaging and rework of in-process and finished material.
• Operate light material handling equipment to move, store, or deliver material.
• Perform visual quality inspections and sampling; escalate issues as needed.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and escalate equipment defects.
• Maintain inventory control and reconciliation using SAP and WES; complete line clearance.
