Amcor Limited is seeking a Production Supervisor to run the assigned production area safely, profitably and efficiently. You will oversee hourly and temporary staff, train employees, manage schedules and overtime, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring GMP and food-safety standards are met.

You will coordinate with plant management, report downtime and quality data, and support payroll and attendance tasks.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Operations Management, Business or Engineering preferred.
• 5 years related experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastic industry.
• Experience supervising more than 10 employees.
• Shop floor reporting experience; SAP and MS Office preferred.

• Supervises hourly and temporary employees in production operations and enforces rules.
• Provides on-the-job training for new or reassigned staff and enforces safety.
• Manages schedules, overtime, and uses manpower and materials efficiently.
• Evaluates employees and recommends hires, promotions, transfers, or releases.
• Monitors safety, quality, and equipment performance and takes corrective actions.
• Reports downtime, scrap, and machine data; maintains data accuracy.
• Ensures GMP and Food Safety prerequisites are followed.
• Handles payroll reporting, attendance, and vacation tracking.
• Promotes injury-free culture and continuous improvement.
