Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production, ensuring safety, quality, service, and productivity goals. You will supervise the Converting (pouching) department on a 12-hour 2/2/3 shift and align team efforts with established policies and customer requirements.

You will monitor safety programs, manage payroll, drive continuous improvement, and analyze production metrics in SAP. Strong leadership and communication are essential to promote teamwork and a high-performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance, or related area; or 5+ years with equivalent experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; SAP/MS Office proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities.
• Oversee daily production to ensure goals are achieved.
• Manage timecards and time-off requests to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Champion continuous improvement projects and sustain gains.
• Analyze production data using the production dashboard and SAP.

• Evaluate employee performance and support development.
