Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years leadership experience in production, preferably plastics.
• Combined experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety on shift through housekeeping and hazard checks.
• Complete incident reports thoroughly, and conduct preliminary investigations.
• Oversee training on safety topics.
• Set shift production goals and monitor progress to meet plant targets.
• Review product quality with QA teams and technicians.
• Plan staffing to cover all machines for scheduled production.
