Job summary

Liberty Diversified International in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Machine Operator I to safely produce quality corrugated products. You will set up orders, run equipment, perform quality checks, and communicate issues within a small crew.

This full-time role reports to a Production Supervisor at the Phoenix facility. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent manufacturing experience and be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform basic math and read detailed work instructions.
• Experience with computers, typing, and data entry.
• Overtime, weekends, and holidays required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up orders according to customer specs and prepare tools for the job.
• Perform quality checks on first articles and throughout production.
• Enter production metrics and monitor rates, quality, and downtime.
• Communicate equipment issues to leadership and troubleshoot.
• Assist with minor repairs and keep the work area clean.
