Job summary

Liberty Packaging in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Machine Operator II to safely produce quality corrugated products. You will lead within your crew, setting up orders to specification, operating the machine and performing thorough quality checks.

This full-time role reports to a Production Supervisor and requires overtime, weekend work, and holidays. Prior manufacturing experience and the ability to read a tape measure are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 3+ years manufacturing experience or 4+ years manufacturing experience in lieu of education.
• Experience reading a tape measure to 1/16".
• Computer usage: typing, printing, data entry.

Responsibilities

• Set up orders to customer specifications and prepare tools for the job.
• Perform quality checks and inspect articles for defects.
• Record production metrics and monitor efficiency, quality, and downtime.
• Communicate equipment issues to leadership and troubleshoot.
• Assist with minor repairs with maintenance team.
