Rolls include changing over equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to GMP/HACCP practices. Starting pay is $21.75/hr with a shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees beginning on day 90.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP or willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform basic math for material quantities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to prioritize work and relay changes.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate set ups on equipment for product runs.
• Operate and adjust packaging equipment to meet quality specs.
• Inspect packages and document results for quality control.
• Stage materials for fast changeovers and maintain clean work area.
