Qualifications

• 0-2 years Operator experience.
• Average math skills and ability to perform tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret company documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
• Mechanical or machine operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate primary packaging equipment including handling, forming, sealing and weighing.
• Verify recipe selections and adjust scales to target weights when needed.
• Maintain centerline settings and restore after downtime.
• Follow manufacturing instructions per item and record quality data.
• Conduct startup and shutdown procedures safely per SOP.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for film tracking, sealing defects, and weight variation.
• Escalate issues via the help chain and participate in communications.
• Maintain equipment and supply materials to line personnel as required.
• Complete quality checks and maintain 5S and cleanliness.
