Job summary

Maker's Pride, LLC seeks a Machine Operator I - Packaging for 3rd shift to set up and operate packaging lines, perform adjustments, and ensure product quality per customer specs. GMP practices applied daily in a fast-paced manufacturing plant in Ohio.

You will handle changeovers, document results, and maintain a clean, safe work area while collaborating with team members. Overtime and weekend work required; health benefits, disability, and holidays included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP desirable.
• Able to calculate material quantities for orders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate set ups on equipment for product runs.
• Operates and adjusts equipment to meet quality specs.
• Inspects packages and documents results.
• Stages and checks materials for changeovers.
• Completes all required documentation.
• Keeps the work area clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
