Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC in Indiana is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate packaging equipment, ensure GMP and HACCP compliance, and document results. You will perform quick changeovers and maintain clean, safe work areas.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma (preferred), ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts, overtime and weekends. Competitive wage with benefits including insurance, FSAs, disability, holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP or willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills to calculate quantities for orders.
• Good organizational and communication skills to coordinate with line workers.
• Ability to read and write in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate set ups on equipment for product runs.
• Operates equipment and adjusts to meet quality specs.
• Inspects and tests packages and documents results.
• Stages and checks materials for quick changeovers.
• Completes documentation and maintains a clean work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
