Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator to perform set-ups, operate packaging equipment, and ensure products meet customer specifications. You will conduct wash and changeovers and uphold GMP standards throughout the shift.

Strong candidates will have GMP/HACCP knowledge, basic math skills, and the ability to work with others in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This onsite role requires standing for most of the shift and may include overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• GMPs and HACCP knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills to calculate quantities for orders.
• Good organizational and communication skills to coordinate line workers.
• Ability to read/write in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate set ups on equipment for product runs.
• Operates and adjusts equipment to meet quality specifications.
• Inspects packages and documents results to ensure quality.
• Stages and checks materials for quick changeovers.
• Completes and files required documentation for the position.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Manages overtime and shifts as needed.
