Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator for Lakeville Plant 6 to perform set-ups, operate packaging equipment, and monitor product quality per customer specs. The role requires GMP proficiency, basic math, and the ability to work in a team under GMP conditions.

The position offers a starting pay of $23.40 per hour with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package beginning after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP or willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills to calculate quantities for orders.
• Good organizational and communication skills to prioritize work and communicate changes.
• Ability to handle small tools.
• Ability to read and write in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set ups on equipment for product runs.
• Operate and adjust equipment to meet quality specs.
• Inspect and test packages; document results.
• Stage materials for quick changeovers.
• Complete documentation for the position.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
