Job summary

PIM Brands, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Packaging Team Lead for our Somerset, NJ location. You will oversee packaging line operations, lead around 50 associates, and drive lean initiatives to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of packaging management experience, strong leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. On-site role with a comprehensive benefits package and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of similar management experience in a packaging environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication skills.
• Strong focus, drive and discipline with the ability to execute and deliver results.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to hire, develop, and lead engaged, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line leader for all packaging line operations, overseeing ~50 associates.
• Establish team goals and drive world-class performance through lean initiatives.
• Ensure safety, machine care, sanitation, maintenance, quality, productivity, cost, and people development.
