Job summary

USPL, a North Brunswick, NJ based manufacturing company, seeks a Packaging Lead to coordinate line workers and ensure packaging goals meet quality and cGMP standards. You will support a station on the line and report to the Packaging supervisor.

The role favors candidates with supervisory experience, basic math skills, and the ability to follow SOPs. You’ll monitor processes, manage break rotations, and ensure safe, efficient packaging operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with supervisor and other Leads to establish schedules and packaging sequences.
• Delivers and manages work assignments of packaging operators.
• Maintains safety and quality per cGMPs and SOPs.

Bi-Lingual (Spanish or Hindi)

Read/write English
