Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician II in West Chester, PA to operate packaging equipment in a cGMP environment. You will perform start-up, data entry on SCADA/HMI, and manual packaging tasks while ensuring quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates have experience in regulated manufacturing, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. Strong math, English literacy, and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment.
• Demonstrated documentation and data entry skills, including accurate completion of batch records and logbooks.
• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to perform routine calculations (e.g., weights, measures, conversions).
• Ability to effectively read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions with minimal supervision, escalating issues as needed.
• Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to identify deviations or inconsistencies in processes or documentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and perform in-process monitoring in cGMP areas.
• Start-up machinery, set recipes, and perform data entry on SCADA/HMI.
• Manual packaging tasks and light material handling.
• Visual quality inspection and sampling of in-process materials.
• Perform batch record entries and GMP documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and comply with safety procedures.
• Support lean and continuous improvement activities (5S, data collection).
• Participate in equipment qualification and process validation protocols.
