Job summary
Amcor Flexibles North America Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Representative III to provide technical support for packaging equipment and film products.
The role involves extensive travel, including 60% within a 50-mile radius of Boston and 20% to other Northeastern US sites, with 1–2% potential international travel to eastern Canada. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5 years of related engineering/technical service experience.
- Experience with packaging materials and machinery in the food packaging industry.
- Strong ability to service packaging equipment and train customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient technical assistance to customers and improve packaging performance.
- Service customer equipment to maintain optimum performance and perform audits.
- Assist in installation, start-up and training of customers and Amcor reps.
