Job summary

Amcor Flexibles North America Inc. in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a Technical Service Representative III to provide efficient technical assistance and to service packaging equipment across customer sites.

The role requires 80% domestic travel, with significant activity in the Boston area and Northeast U.S., and 20% telecommuting. Responsibilities include auditing packaging machines, guiding installation/start-up, and training customers on Amcor films and equipment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in engineering or technical service related to food packaging materials and machinery.
• Experience servicing packaging equipment, including at least 7 of the listed types.
• Knowledge of film construction and formulations (monolayer, coex, laminate, PE, polyester, nylon, PS).

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely technical assistance to assigned customers.
• Service customer equipment to maintain optimum performance and audits.
• Train customers on operation and maintenance of equipment and Amcor film.
