Job summary

Lignetics Inc. is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator in West Virginia. The role involves operating bagging and baler machinery, wrapping pallets, and ensuring accurate reporting.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and work on a 3/4-4/3 schedule with 8:00 PM–8:00 AM or 8:00 AM–8:00 PM shifts, including Saturdays and alternating weekends. Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination required.
• Must pass forklift training.
• Read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
• Ability to do simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery and related equipment.
• Move, wrap, and palletize finished products.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Assist Shift Leads to start/stop pellet mills and monitor moisture/materials.
• Keep workstation clean and safe; follow safety guidelines.
