Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking an experienced Field Service Cushioning TSR/Field Service Technician to support customers across Washington State, with occasional travel to Idaho. This role requires installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated packaging equipment with strong customer service and communication skills.

The position is field-based with travel, including rare overnight trips. Responsibilities include training customers, completing reports, and identifying service

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of field service, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test automated packaging systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and automation issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Complete service reports and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities for service agreements, upgrades, and parts.
