Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking an Automation Technical Service Representative to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and build strong customer relationships.

You will travel to client locations regionally, provide on-site and remote support, and upsell service and maintenance plans while adhering to safety protocols and documenting all work.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or Associate’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years in a similar technical role with field experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated packaging systems and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and integrate Sealed Air's automated packaging systems at customer locations.
• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions remotely and on-site.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers on operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities, parts used, and communications for future improvements.
• Identify opportunities for upselling service and maintenance agreements.
