Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking an experienced Field Service Cushioning TSR to support customers across Washington State, including occasional travel to Idaho. This field-based role installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs automated packaging equipment with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The ideal candidate has an engineering/automation background with 3+ years in field service, and is capable of training customers, completing service reports, and identifying opportunities for

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in field service, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or automation

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test automated packaging systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and automation issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales teams
• Identify opportunities for service agreements, upgrades, and replacement parts
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards
