Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Field Service Cushioning TSR to support customers throughout Washington State, with occasional travel to Idaho. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated packaging and cushioning equipment at customer sites, combining mechanical, electrical, and automation work with strong customer service.

The position is field-based with no regular office duties; occasional overnight travel and rare weekend or after-hours support may be

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of field service, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test automated packaging systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and automation issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Complete service reports and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities for service agreements, upgrades, and replacement parts.
