Job summary

Vert is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of brands from quote to delivery, building strong relationships and guiding projects through production paths.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Lancaster, PA with some work-from-home flexibility, serving as the main contact for accounts and coordinating with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship and account management skills, including the ability to build trust, maintain long-term partnerships, and handle multiple client stakeholders.
• Project coordination and organizational skills, with experience managing timelines, tracking orders, and following structured processes from quote to delivery.
• Communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using data and systems to monitor performance and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts, keeping service fast, responsive, and reliable.
• Prepare quotes and manage orders from start to finish.
• Work with production, logistics, operations, and supply chain teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Solve delivery, quality, and pricing issues before they turn into headaches.
• Track performance metrics and spot opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Support new business by building strong, lasting relationships.
• Keep CRM and related systems accurate, and keep stakeholders updated.
