Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to schedule sales appointments with new or existing customers.
• Provide quotes or complete the sale, if campaign appropriate to directly gain new business.
• Identify opportunities for new business and communicate to the sales/marketing teams.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including shipping/receiving, stocking, labeling, and inventory.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and restock merchandise as needed.
• Back up inbound customer service as needed.
