Nippon Sanso Matheson in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Packaged Gases Customer Service Representative to handle outbound calls and schedule sales appointments with customers. The role includes providing quotes when appropriate to directly gain new business and identifying opportunities for growth.

You will assist in warehouse tasks, restock and organize showroom merchandise, manage product requests, and support inbound customer service while ensuring safety and showroom standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with diploma and/or prior experience in outbound calling/inside sales, outside sales or marketing desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills. Ability to establish and manage customer relationships
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Place outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales and follow up for customer satisfaction/needs.
• Probes and identifies opportunities that could yield new business and communicates to appropriate function.
• Restocks store merchandise, arranges stock on shelves, and keeps merchandise in order.
• Manages requests for products, price and technical information.
• Assist in warehouse shipping & receiving, inventory stocking, cleaning, labeling, or other tasks.
• Maintains showroom cleanliness as per management procedures.
• Identifies sources of leads and pre-qualifies in collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Tracks results of outbound campaigns.
• Backs up inbound customer service and adheres to safety rules.
