Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; outbound calling or inside sales experience is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently under deadlines and pressure.
• Clear, effective speaking for explaining information to customers and staff.
• Basic math for handling quotes and pricing information.
• Willingness to learn MTG systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales and notify about times.
• Provide quotes or complete sales when appropriate to gain new business.
• Identify opportunities and communicate needs to relevant teams.
• Restock store merchandise and organize showroom areas.
• Manage product requests, pricing and technical information.
• Assist in warehouse tasks like shipping, receiving, and stocking.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness according to management procedures.
• Identify new leads and pre-qualify in collaboration with sales/marketing.
• Track results of outbound campaigns and back up inbound customer service.
• Comply with DOT and OSHA regulations and observe safety rules.
