• Profit and loss analysis on proposed sales orders and understanding margins.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to reinforce relationships and address service concerns.
• Provide timely quotes, process reorders, and ensure seamless customer service across transactions (CRM documentation).
• Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Coordinate customer training and PSAs with customers as a tool to lock in pricing and solidify long-term relationships.
• Monitor usage trends and contract compliance; identify churn risks and escalate when needed.
