Nippon Sanso Matheson is hiring a Packaged Gases Customer Service Representative in Des Moines, IA. Pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour and eligibility for the incentive plan.

The role focuses on scheduling appointments, handling quotes, and supporting direct sales campaigns to grow business. You will work with Sales Leaders, Marketing and Customer Service to identify opportunities, restock displays, manage inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with diploma and/or prior experience in outbound calling/inside sales, outside sales or marketing desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills. Ability to establish and manage customer relationships
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Place outbound calls to schedule sales appointments with new or existing customers and follow up on satisfaction/needs.
• Provide quotes or complete sales when campaign is appropriate to gain new business.
• Identify opportunities that could yield new business and communicate to the appropriate function.
• Restock store merchandise, arrange stock on shelves, and maintain order.
• Assist in warehouse tasks such as shipping/receiving, inventory stocking, and labeling.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness according to management procedures.
• Identify leads and manage pre-qualification with sales and corporate marketing.
• Track results of outbound campaign efforts and support inbound customer service when needed.

Pay Range - $24-$26 per hour. Eligible for the Packaged Gases Customer Service Representative Incentive Plan.

Manages salescampaigns with the intent of either scheduling appointments for sales to improve sales productivity or by gaining business via direct quote/follow up.Assesses customer satisfaction with MTG products and services via conductingsurveys and provides insights for addressing customer concerns. Works closelywith SBU Sales Leaders, Sales, Corporate Marketing and Customer Service.Position Accountabilities;

Place outbound calls with the prime purpose ofscheduling appointments for sales with new or existing customers, notifyingsales of committed appointment times and then following up with a courtesy callto determine customer satisfaction/needs. Provides quotes or completes thesale, if campaign appropriate to directly gain new business.

• Probes andidentifies problematic situations/opportunities that could protect or yield newbusiness for MTG and communicates the information to the appropriate functionfor follow up.
• Restocks store merchandise as needed. Arranges stock onshelves or racks in sales area and keeps merchandise in order. Marks or ticketsmerchandise.
• Manages requests for products, price and technical information.
• Assist in warehouse in shipping & receiving, inventory stocking,cleaning, labeling, or other tasks.
• Maintains showroom cleanliness byprocedures set forth by management.
• Identifies sources of leads and managesthe pre-qualification process in collaboration with sales and corporatemarketing.
• Tracks result of outbound campaign efforts.
• Backs up inboundcustomer service, as needed. Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
