Qualifications

• Entry-level to mid-level clerical experience considered; ability to handle packages and mail.
• Experience with package-tracking or inventory systems is a plus.
• Customer-service oriented and able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive packages from delivery services.
• Scan and record packages in the designated system.
• Sort and organize packages by resident/building.
• Maintain accurate package records and protect packages from loss or damage.
• Assist residents with collecting packages.

Education

Equivalency statement: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience
