Responsibilities

• Receive packages from delivery companies and other carriers.
• Scan, record, and process packages accurately using the designated package-management system.
• Sort and organize packages by resident or building.
• Maintain accurate package records and protect packages from loss or damage.
• Assist residents with collecting their packages.
• Deliver packages to designated residential buildings or locations.
• Retrieve package carts from buildings and return them to the package room.
• Follow procedures for unclaimed or misdelivered packages.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, drivers, and staff.
• Answer questions about delivery, pickup, and return procedures.
