Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a qualified Package Handler Trainer to coach and mentor fellow package handlers in loading, unloading, palletizing, scanning, and safe handling techniques across shifts. The role emphasizes hands-on training, safety, and ensuring efficient package flow through the operation.

The trainer will reinforce dock safety, update managers on conditions, and assist in implementing new handling procedures while supporting a fast-paced, team-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to train multiple peer PHs simultaneously.
• Ability to understand and follow instruction regarding work duties and safety methods.
• Ability to discern numbers and information to sort packages correctly.

Responsibilities

• Trains new PHs on loading, unloading, palletizing, carrying, SWAK, and non-conveyable handling techniques.
• Provides training to PHs needing additional instruction as determined by management.
• Reinforces dock safety standards among peers.
