Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a trainer for FedEx Ground to coach Package Handlers in unloading, loading, palletizing, and scanning techniques, ensuring safe and efficient package flow. The role includes hands-on training, feedback, and enforcing dock safety standards.

You will rotate through areas like Loader, Unloader, Palletizer, and QA, providing guidance and supporting operation efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to train multiple peer PHs simultaneously.
• Ability to understand and follow instruction regarding work duties and safety methods.
• Ability to discern numbers and information to sort packages correctly.
• Ability to use basic tools and equipment such as scanners, carts and unloading devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fast-paced teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Train new Package Handlers on unloading, loading, palletizing, and scanning techniques.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback on package handling.
• Reinforce dock safety standards with peers.
• Update managers on sort conditions to support efficiency decisions.
• Assist in implementing new package handling procedures and techniques.
