Job summary

You will reinforce safety standards, monitor processes on the dock, update managers on conditions, and help implement new handling procedures while working with a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Ability to train multiple peer PHs simultaneously.
• Ability to understand and follow instruction regarding work duties and safety methods.
• Ability to discern numbers and information in order to sort packages correctly.

Responsibilities

• Trains new PHs in unloading, loading, palletizing, and scanning techniques.
• Provides training to other PHs as needed.
• Reinforces dock safety standards among peers.
