Responsibilities

• Trains new PHs in unloading, loading, palletizing, carrying, SWAK and non-conveyable handling techniques.
• Provides training to PHs needing instruction as determined by management.
• Reinforces dock safety standards among peers.
• Updates managers on conditions during sorting to aid efficiency decisions.
