Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required; six months of experience as a PH with FedEx Ground preferred.
• Ability to train multiple peer PHs simultaneously.
• Ability to follow instruction regarding work duties and safety methods.
• Ability to discern numbers and information to sort packages correctly.

Responsibilities

• Trains other PHs on unloading, loading, palletizing, carrying, smalls handling, SWAK, and non-conveyable package handling techniques.
• Provides training to PHs and offers feedback on proper package handling.
• Reinforces dock safety standards among peers.
• Updates managers on conditions during sorting to aid operation efficiency.
