Job summary

OnTrac is seeking seasonal warehouse associates in Albany, NY for overnight shifts from 3:30 AM to 9:30 AM, Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday. The role runs from 11/7/2026 to 1/1/2027 and offers a $17.00 hourly base pay with a $500 seasonal bonus and weekly pay.

No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided. You will handle packages up to 50 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and may be eligible for overtime under applicable law.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements including background check
• Able to repeatedly lift 30–50 lb packages and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages up to 30–50 pounds independently
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods during shift
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action
• Ensure packages reach destinations safely and on time

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift

Tuesday through Saturday 3:30 AM to 9:30 AM or End of Sort

Sunday through Thursday 3:30 AM to 9:30 AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration: 11/7/2026 to 1/1/2027

Seasonal Bonus: $500.00

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
