Job summary

OnTrac is seeking seasonal warehouse staff for overnight shifts in Chantilly, VA. The role involves unloading, sorting, and loading packages with weights up to 50 pounds, along with team lifts and standing for long periods.

Applicants must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass pre-employment checks. Training is provided; overtime is available and a $500 seasonal bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control may be limited
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

THE QUICK FACTS

Pay: $19.00
This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.
Shift: Tuesday through Saturday 2:00 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort
Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
Season Duration*: 11/7/2026 to 1/1/2027
Seasonal Bonus: $500.00

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
