You will lead lead generation, define territories, and deliver full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, coordinating with production and supply chain to forecast demand and optimize profitability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities.
• Build relationships across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans to deliver volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to shape sales strategy.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies in line with Dow policies.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
